Bic cameras warranty policy japan

i gotta question for anyone with experience or know how of how to use warranty of a bic camera product , so the thing is i bought a pair of sony xm4 headphones they are working well but i made a big mistake of sleeping with them and some of the ear pad material got damaged , now obviously this isnt a defect and is just my stupidity but is their any way i can get it repaired or replaced by bic camera i do have its warranty info with me just that i have no idea how to use it , i dont know if my warranty covers accidental damage but if it does i would really appreciate it if someone can help me out as i will be leaving japan next month
