I prefer spicy tuna, spicy Krab, then spicy salmon, in that order.
They’re all delicious though.
Both are tasty, but if I had to choose one, I would go with spicy salmon.

Just putting spicy mayo on the top of rolls is lazy and shows poor taste ,
I think it depends on the spicy. Kimchi, sriracha, or a mix …
My favorite spicy roll (uramaki) that I make is chopped fatty tuna with Toba Djan (a chili paste) roasted sesame seeds, spring onion, and a line of kewpie mayo. With fried onion outside.
