  1. Kama-toro is my favourite of those. I think it has a good balance in terms of fat. And it kinda looks like red meat 😁. I’ve eaten tuna that looked like wagyu. Melts in your mouth.

    I like to do it as a tuna sesame tataki. Topped with teriaki and thin chives.

  2. Bluefin otoro tuna for me! I like the balance of fat there and love when it’s distinguishable from the meat

  3. From a photography perspective, the Akami Tuna’s rich, smooth, dark red is the prettiest to me.

  4. Sometimes O-toro I can only eat so much to oily rather have a good chu Toro or a nice red Akami 🤙🤙🤙🤙
