[Chukasoba Ranchu](https://youtu.be/fvvHlIyzqhg) is one of those ramen shops that just keeps winning awards and doesn’t show any signs of stopping soon.
The ramen shop itself is quite eccentric. A quite young master with a very very old school decorated shop, serving only one bowl of ramen, no unnecessary choices available. The only choice you have is to add an egg or not. But you can also get some additional chashu on the side.
The ramen served at Ranchu is a classic niboshi bowl, deep and rich in flavor, a well perfected and balanced bowl. I was also a big fan of the chashu at this shop.
