  1. I feel like it shouldn’t look like it’s falling apart. It should be firm and staying together. If it didn’t taste that good then I wouldn’t go back

  2. Salmon that looks that muted has either been sitting in a fridge for 7 days and is likely covered in bacteria or has been frozen and unfrozen so many times its ruined the flavour, texture and colour. I don’t eat sockeye but I know thats a darker orange red colour. Was it sockeye maybe?

  3. Looks like a straight up Sam’s Club bargain sale filet that’s been sliced up by a wannabe sushi chef… Hard pass…

  4. Hard pass on several fronts. I honestly don’t think I’d eat that, and certainly wouldn’t be making a return trip.

    Overall looks like a 2/10 for me.

  6. Salmon doesn’t pop in color would have seared the dead looking ones can’t wait to see what the Maguro looks like that’s the final call if it’s yeh or neh🤙🤙🤙🤙
