So, I regularly buy consumer grade hardware to build PCs for research related purposes. Lately multi core workstations are the flavor of the month and there is a need to move away from, say, threadripper cpus and workstation boards toward Epyc based gear. My issue is that dealing with current suppliers, getting good consumer level stuff is fine but they are hopeless (either old stuff or just no non pre-built options) at providing professional grade/the latest gear.
So, IT hardware pros, can you point me in the right direction here? Names of suppliers is fine or general advice. Obviously kakaku.com is of little use in this case!

Get an AWS Instance. Why do you need to host it?
I think you mean commercial level rather than consumer level.
We buy it mainly from overseas and have it shipped.

Haven’t bought enterprise stuff, but I bought server cases from china and if I buy a epic cpu it probably would be from ebay.
bought raid cards from ebay and connectors from amazon.
server cases from aliexpress.
