What do these stickers mean at Sushi on Fire? They don’t match the colours of the plates. Is it to do with how long the food’s been out?

3. They could mean literally anything, the only people who will know the actual answer is the place that you got these from. Try calling and asking.

6. I would think it is a time thing, when items are on the belt they need to know when it was put on as it can’t stay on forever so at certain times they will lift them away if not eaten
