4 night Osaka itin check

First time in Japan, any advice is appreciated on the first leg of 3 part trip (Osaka/Fuji area/Tokyo)

Day 1-arrive in HND in afternoon, exchange JR pass in airport, head to Osaka via Keikyu train to Shinagawa stn transfer to Shinkansen line to Shin Osaka, then Shin Osaka subway to Namba subway, hotel is 5 min walk, quick eat (hoping to just grab something on the 5 min walk) then bed.

Day 2-I believe all walking distance from hotel in Namba-Explore Dotonbori/Tombori River/Don Q/Ferris Wheel/Shinsaibaishi St/Kura sushi for dinner/Rainbow Karaoke. Bed. \*(are these private karaoke rooms and do they need reservations?)

Day 3-Kyoto-Namba subway to Shin Osaka then transfer to JR Shinkasen line to Kyoto then to Saarashiyama via JR then 13 min walk to bamboo forest. Then 12 minute walk to Togetsukyo bridge. Then back to Saarashiyama stn to Kyoto via JR Sagano then Kyoto to Inari stn via JR Nara, then 5 min walk to Fushimi Inari. Then dinner in Pontocho, Fushimi to Gion Shijo via Keihan rail, 3 min walk to Pontocho alley. Back to Namba hotel via Gion Shijo to Keitahama via Keihan then transfer to Nippombashi via Osaka metro. Bed.

Day 4-Universal (will already buy tickets online)-Osaka metro Nippombashi to Sakuragawa then transfer to Nishikujo via Hanshin rail then to universalcity via JR. Stay until close. Then Universalcity to Nishikujo via JR then to Sakuragawanvia Hansen then transfer to Osaka metro to Nippombashi. Bed.

Start next leg of trip-Day 5-Check out of hotel and head to Mt Fuji area Kawaguchicko hotel \*(any advice on best way to get here?)
