Nuances!

Hi! I’m doing a presentation on the nuance between same and same-like words in Japanese, and am in the process of researching examples. Please share your experiences in discovering or learning nuance (I e. The different feelings and implications behind the words).

For example, in my 3rd year of university we dug into 知らない vs 分からない. And while they CAN be used interchangeably in many cases, 知らない carries the feeling of “I don’t know and I don’t care”
