This’ll be interesting.
Hopefully the victim who lawfully exercised his rights to self-defence (both for himself, and on behalf of the other victim), in accordance with The Penal Code, receives a commendation for his services in fighting crime, and a nice certificate from his city’s chief of police.
I wonder if the Japanese criminals are from Luffy’s organisation?
