Hii!! i made a post like a few months ago talking about insurance changes after moving to a different city.
I did all the paperwork and visiting the city hall with a friend that is moving into the same city as me. ( Hachioji-shi to Tama-shi ) .
But i just got the invoices to pay for the insurance fees monthly. But my first payment is 19,900yen for the month of March and his is 6600yen. I have no idea why and what i can do about it.
does anyone have any suggestions on what i should do?

It’s based on your income in the previous year, so it sounds like you’re just in a higher tax bracket than your friend.
