Looks delicious! Unfortunately, I have only had it with a sweet grill sauce like that. I do enjoy it, but…aren’t there any other preparations? (Besides nigiri) I did have anago (ocean eel) once and found it surprisingly and unpleasantly plain and fishy, but that may have been the restaurant.

Looks delicious. When I was a little girl in Japan I tried unagi and loved it. Then I learned it was considered an aphrodisiac and I was so embarrassed.
