Hello, I have searched around the Internet about my specific situation and I haven’t found a proper answer so here it goes.
I’ve been on a Working Holiday Visa for 6 months now and I work in a big international hotel chain. I enjoy the job and I’m pretty sure they would like to keep me for longer than my visa’s duration with a sponsorship.
However here comes the multiple problems: I don’t own a degree, my Japanese is still rudimentary (I don’t need to speak Japanese at the job but I do try to speak as much as I can with colleagues and clients) and the job is entry-level, meaning anyone can get it.
Considering those 3 points, do I still have any chance of actually getting the visa sponsorship?
And if not, what would be my other options to stay in Japan in my situation?

Probably not, no.
The lack of a degree in itself will probably stop you from meeting the requirements for a Work Visa at all, unless you’ve got something else to make up for it (Usually 10 years of experience, though it can vary from industry to industry).
You could go on a Student Visa if you have the money, I suppose? You unfortunately don’t have many options to stay in Japan.
