So what you’re saying is I should be buying my tuna from Costco?
Price to quality ratio would say… Costco wins then.
Is the tuna (and salmon) from Costco safe for raw consumption?
This is really informative, and helped me to understand without spending a ton of money to do the experiment myself. Thank you!
Why did he eat it even though it said not for raw consumption. I don’t get why he emphasised it in the video yet still ate it
I always enjoy your posts
Got otoro from a Japanese market. Never again.
Wish you didn’t smell and handle the fish before the blind, knowing that makes is really easy to know which one is which which can make you more biased to taste.
But still informative! Thanks for all the great content!
Honestly such a good edited video it was short, concise, and informative. No extra bullshit. Thank you for this video
I love your all posts! Especially this one
I wanna try the Costco one but packages are so massive, all over 3 pounds. Might try what I’ve been doing with Costco’s salmon and cut it into sections with the salt and sugar method and see how long I can keep it fresh.
Costco sells sashimi grade fish?!
Great video! You should post this in r/costco (they don’t allow cross posts).
