Many dispatch ALT companies offer working hours from 8 AM (or later) to 3/4 PM, depending on the company/school(s). The pay is likely to be crap though.
The pay is (usually) better if you’re a direct-hire ALT, but you can usually expect somewhat longer working hours, too. It’s very much a case of ESID though.
If you’re limited to eikaiwa though, then you’ll likely be looking for a very long time. There are relatively few people who have time to study English during working/school hours, so it makes more sense for companies to offer work starting in the afternoon and finishing (late) in the evening.
Berlitz and others have early starts, like 07:30, but they also tend to have split shifts—which suck
In Uni in Osaka, I used to work at Costco from 5am to 10am, they paid 1500 yen an hour
I worked as a dispatch business English teacher and I often worked split shifts- 2-3 hours in the morning, then 2-3 hours in the late afternoon/evening.
In this context it might be possible to just take on morning work.
