I’ve found that most of my lack of vocabulary comes down to the wealth of words that consist of two kanji (創造、命令、瞬間). I want to study the most common of these words but the only vocab lists I can find online are either most common words (including words without kanji, loan words, etc.) or most common kanji (isolated, not the words the kanji are used in). Is there a frequency list consisting only of words written in kanji?

You can check out the list on wanikani without paying I think
I don’t think that’s how you learn stuff. I usually learn something when i find it written or said, i look it up on akebi. If you look only at words you’ll never remember them.
It works for me
Maybe this?

Found this after a quick search. Seems to be what you are looking for.
Btw the word for kanji compounds is 熟語 (じゅくご)
Most lists of common words are skewed by the fact that any native Japanese lists only lists words that begin with the Kanji in question.
This is something that JSL focused lists have gotten better at, but the above failing is something that, for instance, Wiktionary show in abundance.
Both Halpern, and Spahn made a huge leap in listing the most common words which had the Kanji in it, instead of just those that lead with it. It’s why 完璧 took so long to be put into Joyo despite being an extremely common Kanji.
