Hi,
I’ve made plans to leave Japan and return to Australia for a while since I failed to find a job with my jobseeking visa.
Before I leave though, I’m sure I’d need to provide proof that I’ve been vaccinated when I enter another country. I was vaccinated twice at my local City Hall, but am I able to get proof without needing a My Number card?
Thanks! Any help or suggestion is greatly appreciated.

You should have a vaccine certificate on paper. It’s the same information that myNumber carries.
You can apply for a paper certificate at your ward office. Complete details on how you can do so can be found here:

You shouldn’t need to provide proof.

You don’t need proof of vaccination to enter Australia. I went a couple of months ago and it wasn’t a requirement
This is old news dude, no one cares about this anymore. Since quite a while ago actually.
You don’t /shouldn’t need it. I did return trip from Brisbane/Melbourne/Sydney to USA / Japan several times with Qantas / ANA recently, and no one asked and cared.
