I’m interested in finding the best speed camera app and I’ve tested Radarbot so far. However, I’ve noticed that it doesn’t show some of the cameras that I’ve come across. Can anyone recommend a better app or share their experiences with different speed camera apps?

I use オービスガイド and find it covers fixed cameras, speed traps, and checkpoints well. How good the mobile camera data is will depend on where you live since anything real-time depends on user reports.
I guess waze hasn’t made it here!
Have you tried just obeying the law?
The fixed speed cameras are being phased out in favor of mobile speed cameras. So the apps that tell you the location of speed cameras are becoming obsolete.
Depending on your area, the mobile speed cameras might measure your speed by either radar or laser. A radar/laser detector may be helpful. If your local speed cameras are radar, the detector will go off early enough to slow down. If the local cameras are laser, the laser detector will sound but at that point it’s too late and they’ve clocked your speed and they’ve already got you.
In my 10 years of driving I have never seen a speed camera trap. The police are standing out and about but will pull you over if you’re on your phone or didn’t stop at a æ¢ã‚Œ. I’ve driven past those guys 10km+ over the limit and they don’t do anything. I have driven all across Japan on the highway doing 140-160km and also nothing …I think a speed camera app is a waste of money tbh. Have had gold licence for 6 years now with my shoddy driving.
