How do I eat Mochi?

1. Just eat it. You’re overthinking this. If it came at room temp, then it’s shelf stable and can be kept at room temp.

5. There are something like icecream-mochi over there but that mochi is the normal one, just eat it. It doesn’t have to be refrigerated bc its just rice flour and the filling

6. Bake it in the oven, wait for the dough to get golden brown. Throw it back in the freezer to make the liquid into ice cream again and enjoy!
