Could some place list down some Japanese games that they know, especially JRPGs with interactive manually skipping (dialogue) text system as commonly found in most of the Japanese games in Japanese language itself, WITHOUT furigana and normal to good graphics please?
Unlike Undertale, Pokémon, Boku no Natsuyasumi etc, I mean not the 2D, 8 bit and the really old blurry graphics ones!

I’m playing through Xenoblade 3 at the moment and I’m pretty sure it has all of what you mentioned.
Same thing with Tales of Arise… the only time text or dialogue just goes for it is in cut scenes.
Dragon quest XI S gives you the option to enable furigana or not so you have a choice to see it or not
Pretty much most JRPGs are for older audiences and do not have furigana so… just find something you enjoy? I’ve personally been hooked on the Trails of series lately (空の軌跡, 零の軌跡, 閃の軌跡, etc) and also been playing Octopath Traveler 2. But honestly anything that interests you that is a JRPG and isn’t specifically targeted to kids (like Pokemon, Paper Mario, etc) will do.
The 3DS Pokémon games (+ BW/BW2 on the DS, but those are 2D) have kanji without furigana, but I’m not sure if those count as old blurry graphics to you
