Basically every theatre. Just look at the listing to see which showings are subtitled.
It doesn’t come out until the 28th.
I know when I saw Frozen 2 they had a Japanese dubbed version as well as the original language track with subtitles. I imagine it’ll be the same for Mario. Note that it comes out at the end of April unlike in America so don’t expect to avoid spoilers on the English language internet if you care about that sort of thing.
As for which cinema, it’s a wide release film so probably you’ll just have to Google it with location services turned on to see what’s closest to you.
I don’t know if this is a nationwide thing but here (Fukuoka) they tend to show dubbed in the afternoon, and original language in the evenings (or they just don’t play it in the evening)
