My partner and I will be travelling to Japan in April – May, we will be staying in Nikko for 2 nights. We are staying at Fairfield by Marriott Tochigi Nikko, and want to go to Funabatei in Owatari for lunch.
Was hoping to get advice on the best way to get there. Options are:
1. Public transport – 1 hour 15 mins (one way)
2. Rent a car – 23 mins
3. Taxi – Not sure if we will be able to get a taxi on the way back. Has anyone had experience using the Japan Taxi app? Will taxis come out that far?
