I’ve got an assignment to write a Haiku on an element, but the ones that I’ve looked online are very sarcastic. I want to write a serious haiku in 5-7-5 format on any element (preferably Au)
I myself just started to learn japanese, so I can’t directly help you with writing a haiku, but you could try using ChatGPT for that if you don’t have any other ideas.

Are you writing in Japanese, English, or another language? Very different approaches for all these.
Japanese haiku has a lot of form and thematic rules that you need to take into consideration, but especially incorporating some sort of seasonal phrase. Given that you’re incorporating silver (or you meant “Ao” as in “blue”), winter seems like something you could work with, such as a frozen pond’s silver reflection or something to that effect
