I tried reading vol 1, but for some reason the transalations to the sentences feel *weird.* I dont know how exactly to explain this, but I just dont think they are good for retaining the kanji once you memmoriza it, since, as I said, the fact that they feel off sticks more to me than the meaning of the kanji.
Maybe its just me. Maybe is just that I dont understand good enough or something among those lines. But I do have to wonder, has any native read those graded readings? Or someone with a good grasp of japanesse for that matter. If so, your thoughts on this would be appreciated.
