Does the online application even support the selection of Prestia?
Iirc from a previous thread, Prestia account holders were stuck with going through the paper application process as Prestia (or the card issuer) did not support the online authentication/authorization.
Prestia is a trust bank, not a “normal” bank. I have a Prestia account, and it has never been available when setting up online payments. I _always_ have to go through the paper application process.
