My goal is to just be able to speak japanese really, I want to read but not anything crazy and I’m not concerned about learning to write. So I need a good anki deck that will help me learn more words, sentences, and pronouncation. I already know how to read hiragana and katakana I should add, I just need to learn more words, sentences, and practice pronouncation.

All the popular decks (e.g. Core2k, Core2.3k, Tango, …) have a field with the reading (= the word spelled in hiragana), so just modify the card type to show that on the front.
