  1. Never sick of poke bowl post super interesting what each person puts in there poke bowls because you can put whatever seafood that’s available to you beautiful presentation 10/10🤙🤙🤙🤙

  2. That looks beautiful but I admit I would be confused about how to eat this if it were served to me. Is that a tortilla? Do I make a taco with that? Or is it a fried wonton skin just for crunchies? And is that a yaki onigiri? Do I pick that up and eat it, but use a utensil for the rest? Is there a bed of rice underneath? What’s with the lettuce, do I mix it all together like a salad? What’s with the wasabi? Should I have a dish of soy sauce on the side, add wasabi to taste, dip the fish in it like this is chirashi? Or is there already sauce mixed with the fish like real poke? So many questions…

  3. Guess I should provide a description. These aren’t on our regular menu.

    It’s poke three ways:

Hamachi with cilantro, lime, jalapeño, and sesame-chili ponzu.

Bluefin tuna with Yuzu tobiko, mango, avocado and honey-soy.

Scottish salmon with cucumber, ikura, fried garlic, and a lemon-gochugaru sauce.

Served with Arcadian spring mix, Hiyashi Wakame, fried gyoza wrapper, nori and furikake-scallion yaki o-nigiri
