   Niestety mieszkam dwie godziny od Kielc ale followuje na insta i mam nadzieje że kiedyś mi się uda wybrać.

21. That last dish, appears to be a fig, black truffle shaving. What is that yellow thing to the right of the fig? Also, the truffle appears to be lightly marinated/dipped in soy or possibly seared?

    Beautiful quality of fish.
