So I was reading a comic and saw this sentence. I guess that is trying to say something similar to “I told you to go home, didn’t I?”, But why is written in this way? Is the “っつってんだろ” part something very informal just some type of people say? I haven’t seen it before. Also, what is the breakdown of that part? From what does it come from?

In general (っ)て言う can be rendered to (っ)つう in colloquial speech. You’ll see it in なんつうか for なんていうか.
