Hello everybody,
I recently bought a ticket+bus ride package online for FujiQ this coming Saturday.
They sent me a confirmation email and it says that I have to show my e-tickets at the bus station. Unfortunately, I don’t seem to be able to find them anywhere.
They should be in ‘My Page’ after login on the Fujiq website but I can’t have access to them.
Has everyone done this before?

Where did you buy your tickets? When I went I bought them through Klook and iirc they were on your account when you sign in.
Did you buy them through the FujiQ website or something else?
I used voyagin and I got a QR code within a certain amount of time. Due to covid, tickets may take awhile to arrive in your inbox.
So if you just purchased hours ago, don’t fret, it’ll come. My USJ tickets took a few days to come by QR code in my inbox after confirming my order. Then they got cancelled because of covid lol

you can confirm on the bus station, and again on the fujiq entrance gate, the person that book for my group also lost the e-ticket but in the end its fine
