Why my sashimi was so red? I ate just one piece and left it bc I didn’t want to catch some bacteria :c

  1. I’m more concerned about that sauce it’s sitting in, unless that’s just the color of the plate

  2. Not 100% sure but that looks like the bloodline in salmon which is a red color like that (and generally undesirable) but totally safe to eat.

    Worst case cut off that small part and the rest should be fine.
