E-sim for Apple Watch

Hi everyone. I’m hoping to borrow your expertise.
Id like to set up an e-sim for my cellular Apple Watch but I’m currently on a 格安sim with Line Mobile and my understanding is that it doesn’t support Apple Watch

I haven’t been able to find any 格安options that can be used with the Apple Watch so I’m hoping someone has experience here.
As far as I understand just getting a plain data-only e-sim for the Watch isn’t an option either.

Any advice would be appreciated

  1. My Apple Watch is linked to my iPhone on my Softbank account. AFAIK, you can’t set up an Apple Watch as a standalone cell phone.
