I’ve tried stationery shops around me and in Osaka, couldn’t find any. I’ve checked Amazon but couldn’t find a decent one and can only find like overpriced ones or skechy ones. I can only see the ones that doesn’t use paint and use beads instead but I like my paint. Anyone can help me?

Try the art section in Kinokuniya in Umeda.
Flying tiger has one, probably not good quality. I found a few on rakuten by searching for アクリル絵の具 塗り絵. Also try 数字塗り絵 or 大人の塗り絵 plus 絵の具
