Can you help me find this Japanese song?

I sung it in choir like 20 years ago, and its a folk song i think, starts like “chang chiri chang chiri chang chiri chi tsu, chang chiri chang chiri chang chiri chi tsu ~~” and in the middle theres a scene of a mom i think, yelling at her son “ohara suzuki san! Blablabla”. Its obviously not the correct lyrics lol, but ive tried googling it for years and i always come up short.

  1. Haha! I want you to find it so that I can hear what it sounds like now. :’D

… that’s a lot of “ch” sounds… crap, it kind of sounds familiar to me too actually. Well, not the “ohara suzuki san” bit, but the rest….

Edit: Oh crap, I’m thinking of “Chim chim cheree” from merry Poppins. 😅🤣
