Hello, does anyone know of a driving school in the Kansai area (Osaka preferred) where an English speaker can learn to drive from the ground up and get a Japanese driver’s license? I’ve seen recommendations for places in the Tokyo area in this subreddit, but not for Osaka. Thanks.
