What do you call the two “leg” radicals, i find It very commonly in many kanji (見、空、元、読) but i cant seem to get the terminology. Would it still be called 左払い・右払い? But the right one seems rather hooked shaped, so I’m guessing there’s a different name for it perhaps?

Japanese generally refer to them as “hitoashi” or “ninyou.” (Literally “legs” as you describe them in English.) However, note this is more of a colloquial name for them, as the symbol is not technically a “radical” on its own in the strictest sense.
