Looks really good. How was it? I see you kaiware, love this veggie.
I’m surprised more people don’t post temaki on here as it’s so good and a fun dinner with the family or friends.
Next time, add daikon or cucumber sticks. (Edit. Nvm I was too focused on the main plate and didn’t see the veggie sticks) Natto can also be good as well as some kimchee. I don’t know if you can find it, but there is a spicy Korean flavored Nori sheet that is fantastic with temaki.
