Imitation crab stick, cucumber, avocado in an uramaki (rice outside) is called a California roll. Looks like it is topped with eel sauce (a sweet soy sauce reduction) and spicy mayonnaise. The crunchy stuff on top looks like coarse tenkasu, or tempura flakes.
As an aside, most non-traditional roll names are completely arbitrary and many restaurants will have near identical recipes with completely different names. Look for ingredients over names.
