I’m trying to plan this around the events: Touhou Reitaisai (May 6, Tokyo), Dreamhack Japan (May 13-14, Chiba), YOASOBI Concert (May 21, Kita-Kyushu). I can move most of these around (excluding the events) including the Kinosaki Onsen part but I’m not too sure where.
Would appreciate any suggestions, changes, and opinions on this part of my itinerary.
Thanks!

You’ll be fine if you prioritize those events over sightseeing if you get tired. I hope you’re used to walking 20,000 steps a day every day.
I would do morning Himeji, like be at the castle at 9-10am, afternoon Onomichi. A bit unfortunate you don’t go a day earlier as there is a cool bar with a small opening time open on Monday night.
Of course you would save time in the train if you did not had events but not that bad.
