Is this really toro?


Didn’t look like any toro I’ve ever eaten. Mushy and fatty texture, no firmness. $16 for two pieces. So it sure cost like toro.

  2. Wow, I’ve never seen that much fat content before. It could be kama-toro (back cheeks). If it had more of a shiny sheen to it, I would’ve almost thought it was escolar
