I was in Osaka, a little uneducated. I went in the Keegan line late and double tapped my phone. Long story short when I got to JR territory they told me that Keihan had a hold and I’d. Red to just buy a ticket. How do I settle the trip so I can use my “tap”again? Notes: I don’t live in Osaka or speak very good Japanese, the second piece can be overcome with friends though.

Your situation is common enough so just visit a JR desk and flail about
Done that before. Take a note of where you last went using the phone, and tell the staff at the station with a machine that you next visit.
Sometimes the reader fails to read, or something happens.
The way to solve is to go to the staff, tell them the station you came from (or transferred at) and they will fix it.
What’s the Keegan Line? Just bring the phone to a “Keegan” Line station and they’ll fix it
