This surely will hurt the feelings of the Chinese People.
Anyone know where to find a list of those 23 tools? I read somewhere it’s mostly about immersion-DUV. Which is the most advanced litho exposure besides EUV. Nikon and ASML are the only companies making immersion-DUV scanners.
I think when this came up in the Netherlands a few weeks ago they also mentioned that this does not only involves export of equipment but also services, which means that ASML is no longer able to maintain the equipment which they already sold to China over the years.
