Understanding かんぱい vs のもーぜ

I was at a Japanese bar in Melbourne, Australia and got talking to the Japanese woman who ran the place about a sign she had.

The sign had a list of featured sakes, and above the list it said かんぱい on one side and のもーぜ on the other side.

I had never heard のもーぜ and I couldn’t find it on google or translation apps, so I asked her and she said it was like a less formal/slang way of saying かんぱい, kind of like “Less get wasted” or “Lets get drunk”.

Does anyone know more about this phrase? I would love to understand it a bit better in terms of it’s place in the language and when to say it.
