I’ve been trying to reserve the web tickets on the 25th of April but to no avail.
I can’t seem to proceed to the next page if i choose that particular date but am able to so if its on the 26th. I dont think its sold out yet.
Is anyone having the same experience?
Should I opt for the option ticket instead? Is that still available?
Or should i just show up and grab the day tickets on the day itself?

Which departure are you trying to book? The Tateyama departure is pretty much full from Apr 15 to May 7 apart from random cancellation here and there.
Nagano departure is still available.
Have you tried using a different browser? If you’re on mobile, try from a laptop.
