Tonkotsu Chashu is my fave. Unfortunately at my new posting in Iwate they don’t do tonkotsu.

The amount of char siu is also great and the amount of seaweed is also large.Also, there is a road called Milk Road in Kumamoto Prefecture, but there are no ramen shops along the road.
