My first attempt at plating, some tips would be great

  1. Shizo leaf between the sashimi and the daikon.

    If not, you can also use a cucumber fan, or bamboo leaf (preferably cut diagonally or in shapes… search for sasa giri).

    But it looks good.

  2. Nothing hanging off the sides of the plate. Looks fine aside from that

  3. Looks delicious, I would put the salmon on top of the garnish perhaps.
