Tried making sushi for the first time today! I even tried to make a little garnish. Looks aside, it was delicious!

   I think the biggest area for improvement in a lot of homemade stuff is being way disproportionate on the size of topping vs. size of shari. This looks way more in the ballpark and way more consistent than most.
