I got the Kansai One pass and have been using it for the past 2 days perfectly. But it seems to have ran out of money on the bus.
I went to 7-11 and they said I could load it up, which I did. However, immediately after, it still wasn’t working on the bus.
What did I do wrong and how can I fix it?

Kansai One Pass is just a normal ICOCA.
Go to a station attendant at any subway/train station (subway will work better) and ask them to fix the problem.
Most likely you have used the card in a double-tap system bus and since it errored out – the card thinks that you should be in a bus.
