So today I ordered from my usual spot and got albacore and I was just expecting albacore with rice. My man seared the albacore and I was upset when I saw it because it smelled like BBQ lol, but that was the most exquisite experience ever. The tuna was charred on the outside and the buttery underneath. Wow
The garlic on top wasn’t amazing though
