Are you open to recommendations for shadowing CDs as well, or only audio lessons?
What is your current level? Are you starting from zero? Are you able to also spend time at home looking at resources? Or is audio lessons your only time to study?
Rocket Japanese has downloadable audio lessons, been doing that every once in a while on my way from work
I like the „Hello Japanese“ courses from the „Hello Talk“ App. They do cost though.
Pimsleur isn’t free but it’s what you are asking for. Each lesson starts with a conversation. Then the narrator asks you to say things in Japanese followed by the answer. Each lesson is 30 minutes long.
The focus is on basic conversations, navigation and ordering food.
